PEOPLE WITH PCOS – I INVITE YOU TO TAKE PART IN MY TOTALLY FREE, PCOS
SELF-CARE CHALLENGE

Each day over 3 days, this challenge will outline 3 simple, DIY self-care practices that are beneficial to PCOS.

I’ve called it a challenge because prioritising our health can be hard. But this is not the kind of challenge that hurts.

I’m talking about 3 days of loving, gentle, nurturing, relaxing self-care.

And the self-care practices I’ve curated for this challenge aren’t just your average. Each one has been selected because it can specifically benefit PCOS. So these 3 days aren’t just about self-care, they’re about healing.

Simple, effective lifestyle tips, tricks and practices to help you improve your PCOS and stay healthy for the rest of your life.

Why? Because self-care has helped me heal

I’ve created this challenge because self-care has become a massive part of my life that I absolutely LOVE.

And, it has HEALED me on so many levels (it was a big part of my journey to motherhood) and I want more women with PCOS to feel the benefits.

If I could summarise my experience with self-care into 1 sentence, I would say that I have made daily self-care a habit, and my health is better for it.

I’m talking shorter cycles, better skin, calmer moods and a MASSIVE decrease in my anxiety.

PRACTICING SELF-CARE GIVES YOU DAILY, EASY OPPORTUNITIES TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR HEALTH AND IMPROVE YOUR PCOS.

Self-care allows us to take our

power back.

AND IT FEELS GREAT.

HOW IT WORKS

Each day over 3 days I will send you 4 self-care practices that benefit PCOS. One for the morning, one for the middle of the day (yes-this one is workplace friendly) and one for the evening…plus a bonus practice for those feeling energetic about it.

I outline how each self-care practice benefits PCOS and we do it all together, starting 15 March.

There is a Facebook Group for everyone doing the challenge so we can share our experiences and motivate each other. And, I will be doing the challenge too and sharing everything on social media.

Oh…and I may or may not have created a PCOS self-care
bingo sheet…I totally have.

This challenge isn’t complicated, it isn’t strenuous,
it doesn’t cost a cent.

It is nurturing self-care and PCOS healing at its
simplest and most enjoyable.

This was way more helpful than I imagined it could be. I learnt so much from the emails you sent and I feel excited about the year ahead now! I feel like I have practical things I can do to help my PCOS. Thank you, you are a very special person.

I loved the PCOS Self Care Challenge. It made me realise that I don’t have to set aside hours everyday to take care of myself. There are so many little things I can do just throughout my day to give my body some extra love.

I also found it benefitted me quite a bit as I had been experiencing a tight chest, difficulty getting a full breath and general anxious feelings for a few weeks beforehand. By the end of the challenge this had gone away. Thanks so much Mel! I really appreciate you offering this to all of us and how helpful it has been to me

Malika

I absolutely loved your challenge. I wanted to build healthier habits but I was overwhelmed with choices and with your guidelines, I was able to pick a few that worked for me.

Thank you! You totally succeeded at making self care part of my daily routine!
