Wish you felt more connected to your body and had more time for self-care…
This journal is for you.
So many of us are struggling with symptoms and undiagnosed conditions because our experiences have been considered too ‘taboo’ to talk about.

The weekly topic and tips will grow your knowledge easily and gradually so that you become a pillar of evidence based information for you, your family and your community.
You will know how to track your cycle, what tests are needed for certain conditions, the natural medicines and healing practices available to us and how they work, the building blocks of a balanced lifestyle and so much more.
You will know how to recognise and interpret the messages your body sends you every single day.
You will become friends with your body.
You will feel motivated to live your best life.
You will finally find it easy to prioritise your health.
And your health can improve.
Oh…and another benefit? Reading My Wellness Journal and spreading around the info we learn, may just help step us away from the patriarchy and into equality. Yeah. We’ve got lofty ideas over here. Bit it’s time for change and we believe My Wellness Journal can do it..
What I’ve learnt on my journey as a hormone health advocate, fertility coach and woman with PCOS and Hashimoto’s, is that our patriarchal society has disconnected us from our cycles, our hormones, our period and our symptoms.
These topics are shied away from in school curriculum’s and instead, we are taught to feel shame around these parts of our life and to ignore them and it’s resulting in more than just hurt feelings.
Many of the conditions effecting us take around a decade to diagnose because we are taught to ignore the symptoms and not to talk about them because they are ‘private’ or ‘taboo’. That they’re part of ‘being female’ and we just need to get on with things. So many of us are suffering needlessly because of this societal norm and it needs to end.
If My Wellness Journal does just 1 thing, I want it to be to give you the confidence and honestly, the fire, to open up about what you’re experiencing in your body. To your friends, your family and your health practitioners.
And ultimately, to absolutely anyone.
Bring on more period talk, I say.
Every person on this planet was born from us. Our cycles, our periods, our hormones are essential to the existence of humankind. They’re important for every single person on this planet. We should ALL be talking about cycles, not just those of us who have them.
I believe My Wellness Journal can step us in that direction.
Because your journal isn’t just for you. It will impart knowledge and empowerment that I believe will spread FROM you, to your friends, your family, your children and your community.
Hello
I’m Melissa Christie
I’m an author, PCOS fertility coach, co-host of The PCOS Girls Podcast (a top 1% podcast worldwide!), speaker, mum and a woman with PCOS and Hashimoto’s.
Me 8 years ago though? I was feeling seriously overwhelmed by my PCOS.
My cycle was super long, my chin, nose and forehead were covered in acne, my moods were OUT OF CONTROL (my husband and I seriously nearly broke up because of it) and worst of all…I miscarried our first baby. There was no more messing around, hoping for the best after that.
I needed to get organised.
And so through my grief, I trawled the internet, spoke to practitioners from all over the world, connected with my body (and actually came to love it) and found a whole community of people online who felt just like I did.
Eventually, I found the info and treatment I needed to heal. My cycle became regular, my acne cleared up, my moods stabilised and I conceived my son (and I now have a daughter as well, both conceived as soon as we began trying).
Improving my health wasn’t about luck and it wasn’t because of some random person who had a mystical “magic pill”. I had built a knowledge base, learnt things our doctors weren’t telling us, used that information to beeline my way to the treatment that would work for MY body and created tools that should have existed for us already. And I knew our community deserved better.
So I’ve been sharing everything I learnt and the ways I’ve approached my health, ever since. And it turned out you guys needed this info and these tools just as much as I did!
My Wellness Journal actually isn’t the first journal I’ve created. It was born from my first two books – both journals for people with PCOS.
Over the past 5 years, through my books, guides, podcast, social media and now fertility coaching, I have helped 1000’s of people achieve their goals like balancing their hormones, regulating their cycles and conceiving their rainbow babies.
And I’ve been featured in publications like SBS online, Good Health Magazine and Women’s Day.
From the awful experience of miscarrying my first baby, my life has taken on new purpose and I’m SO grateful for that.
My Wellness Journal holds the knowledge we all deserve to know and should have been taught in school.
Researching for this book was an incredible experince. I learnt so much that I was absolutely blown away by and I am beyond excited to share it with you.
